your upcoming ultrasound
We have scheduled you to return for an ultrasound. Please arrive 10 minutes early for this appointment. You may, but do not have to, bring someone with you to that appointment.
Better results are obtained if you have a full bladder for the exam, so please do not empty your bladder 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
If, for any reason, you are unable to come, please call us at (209) 353-3247 ASAP.
Having a healthy Pregnancy
It is important to see an OBGYN doctor when you are around 12-16 weeks pregnant. They will walk with you through the rest of your pregnancy. Many of our local OBGYNs are wonderful! If you have Medi-cal, it can be difficult to navigate who is good, accepting new patients and where they deliver. Here are a few we recommend:
Prenatal + Parenting Classes
If you feel unprepared to walk through this pregnancy or to become a parent, need resources for your baby or yourself, or want a community going through what you are, we can help! Join our prenatal classes to learn more AND earn free supplies for baby!
Taking care of yourself + Baby during pregnancy
Like we told you at your appointment, it is important to start taking care of yourself, including getting rest, eating healthy, and establishing care with a doctor.
